- Installation of heavy gauge PVC conduits and flush metal boxes inside partition walls to provide mechanical protection.
- Installation of lighting and switching, using Apollo luminaires, MK switches, with some areas controlled by Danler lighting management sensors.
- Installation of a new MEM Eaton Main Panel Board on the Ground Floor and 4 No Distribution Boards at various locations on the First Floor. All with the appropriate sized MCCB’s, MCB & RCBOs for final circuits.
- Installation of small power for general, Marshall Tufflex Stirling dado trunking.
- Installation of power to mechanical supplies such as Mechanical Control Panel, Booster Pump Set, Extract Fans, and Autoflushes.
- Installation of an Addressable Fire Alarm System to provide a separate loop for the refurbished First Floor area linking to existing Ground Floor System. The system supplied, installed and commissioned by Fisk Fire Group. The installation using FP200 cable laid within cable basket, clipped direct and flush within walls concealed in PVC conduit.
